Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched quickly — usually within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Times

We aim to get every order to your door within 2–5 business days of it being placed. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and factors outside our control, such as courier delays or busy periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprises.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or get in touch.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll fix it before your order is dispatched.
